Bishop Joseph H. Hodges Continuous Care Center

The Bishop Joseph H. Hodges Continuous Care Center offers skilled nursing and long-term care in a newly renovated, homelike environment. Quality health care services are provided in a warm and personal setting, and specialty care is tailored to the need of each individual.

The center also offers physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.

The facility is licensed by the State of West Virginia as a skilled and intermediate nursing facility. Reimbursement is accepted from Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Compensation, insurance, managed care and private pay.
